The stability ball will challenge your balance and strength. Your power house will activate just from sitting on the ball. Image what a flow of Pilates mat exerices will do for you. 6 week Fitness Challenge
This program is geared to those of you who want to set a realistic health or fitness goal and achieve it. It begins with a contract to yourself then a physical fitness test. I will support you through your journey. Your commitment and adherence to the plan will be reviewed ongoing for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks the test will be conducted for the second time and the results compared to the first one. Make the commitment. First test Saturday March 10th, 2012 at 9:30 am. Second test Saturday April 14h at 9:30 am. Your investment is $45.00 which includes your first and second test.

Let us fit into your schedule. Often times the classes don't fit into a time that works for you. Together with you and a group of your friends we can create the ultimate class at your preferred time. The rate would depend on the number of particpants.
Want fitness results? Hire a personal trainer! Myself or one of the Jumping Jack trainers will put together a fitness program tailored just for you. Learning the exercises with the correct technique makes all the difference. Don't think about it do it now. Let's get started!
